Layout that holds tolerance
Footing and grade-beam layout is checked against the structural and architectural sets before forms go in. Anchor bolts, hold-downs and embeds are located from control lines — not from the forms — so the steel erector and framer start on the right foot.
Coordinated with inspections
We schedule deputy and special inspections ahead of every pour, keep reinforcing and embed checklists on site, and document each placement so the agency of record and the owner have a clean paper trail at closeout.
