About
A San Diego concrete contractor built on partnership.
Cal-Crete Partnership was founded to be the concrete contractor that agencies, owners and general contractors can plan around — disciplined, well-documented and accountable from the first pour to the last.
Our story
Structure, strength and support.
Every building, road and public space begins with concrete. We started Cal-Crete to bring the rigor of large-scale construction to every scope we touch — whether that is a municipal sidewalk program or a multi-building foundation package.
We self-perform the core of our work: layout, forming, reinforcing, placement and finishing. Our project administration is set up for the requirements of public contracts, from certified payroll to closeout documentation. And we treat every general contractor, agency and owner as a long-term partner, not a single transaction.

The mark
The slab between two words.
Our identity puts a single concrete slab at its center — the red bar between CAL and CRETE. No cranes, no trowels, no clichés. Just the element that everything else is built upon: structure, strength and support, communicated in the simplest possible way.
Values
What we stand on.
Four principles guide how we bid, build and close out every project.
- 01
Partnership
It is in our name. We succeed when the owner, the prime contractor and the inspector succeed — and we act like it on every project.
- 02
Precision
Layout, reinforcing, elevations and finishes are checked before concrete arrives, because concrete does not forgive shortcuts.
- 03
Accountability
One team owns the concrete scope from bid to closeout. When something needs solving, we solve it — and we document it.
- 04
Safety
Nothing we build is worth an injury. Planning for safety is part of planning the work, every day, on every site.
Leadership
Accountable from the top.
